After graduating from Cornwall Central High School in 1987, Timothy attended the College of St. Rose where he received a Bachelors Degree in History in 1992. He relocated to Phoenix where he ran the 2nd largest Enterprise Rent-A-Car branch in the world. Upon moving back to the Cornwall area, Timothy joined the Gold Mortgage Services team where he has had the privilege of helping clients achieve their dream of home ownership for the last 4 years. He currently lives in the Cornwall area with his wife, Deanna, and his sons Jake and Ben
